I was looking for a cool and unique way to display my business cards. I searched online and found several neat ideas. However this one is my favorite. Since it isn't my original idea please visit their blog so they can get the credit.
The idea is that you take an old cassette tape case and put your business cards in it. There are so many things I like about that idea. One of them is it doubles as a carrier for your cards, cassette tapes where pretty thick so it will hold quite a few. Another thing is that since cassettes are obsolete, it looks really interesting. Since you are up cycling it keeps another piece of trash out of the landfill!
Another really neat idea was to use a slinky.

the neatest thing...full resolution download
Not too long ago I discovered full resolution download
Getting your pictures by full resolution download, from an online gallery. I know when I 1st heard of it, my reaction wasn't one of excitement. I like to hold my things, I want my CD! However when I sat down and thought about it I realized that it was pretty cool and began offering it to my clients as soon as I could.
I have been to other professional photographers and wanted my session on a CD as well as ultrasound pictures of my unborn babies. But when I thought about where are those CD's now, I haven't a clue. Maybe in a drawer somewhere? Maybe?? Yeah. I haven't printed many photos from those CD's. Chances are neither are my own clients. I don't want these precious memories sitting in your sock drawer (or wherever else your CD stash is) I want them on your walls!
Offering an online gallery and full resolution download not only gives my clients the ability to get their images faster it is also better for the environment. Want more great reasons why full resolution download is the bees kness? You don't have to wait and wait for your CD (or flash drive) to be completed, then wait for me to match my schedule up to yours, and no waiting for snail mail to deliver your CD. Have relatives that live really far away? Why not share the link to your gallery, instead of loading all of those pics in an email. Let me do that work for you!Galleries are password and PIN protected which puts you in total control!
I still sell CD's and Flash drive's but I want to offer my clientele the latest and greatest thing out there as well as be as Eco friendly as possible.

February Mini Sessions
I had such a great time with the mini sessions we had this
month. I would like to do it again. So in February
Alli's Photography will be having Mardi Gras themed
Mini sessions. If you'd like to find out more or to book a
Mini session's are a fun way to get those family
pictures that you have been putting off. Dad's
tend to be more willing to try mini session's since
they last less than a half hour and are streamlined.
However once you have experienced photography
However once you have experienced photography
with Alli's Photography, you will want to book
with us again and again! Mom's get the great
photo's they were looking for and dad's realize that
getting family pictures done wasn't so bad.
Exciting things are happening at Alli's Photography!
I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am! However I have to bite my tongue.
There are exciting changes coming to Alli's Photography!
But until then please enjoy looking at the sneak peeks to yesterday's mini sessions. These are some cutie pie's! We had a great time with some great clients! We did however have some folks try to spoil things and trash some of the equipment, that isn't fair to all of my other clients or my assistants.
